Hi! Sometimes it takes us a few days to respond to everyone’s messages so I wanted to create a FAQ on here to possibly answer common questions.
Can you cancel at anytime?
-You can cancel our subscription at anytime, it’s no commitment.
Am I able to watch these workouts on the TV?
-if you have a smart tv you can actually download the app to the television & do the workouts on there! (Same login) some people also screen the workouts to the tv with the little box button in the bottom corner of the videos.
Where do u begin?
-you can start wherever you’d like to on our app, but just so you aren’t overwhelmed.. I can tell you a lot of people start with the cardio ones instead of the weights.. & then throw the weights in once they are comfortable! You can also start with the videos that have multiple people in them if you will be looking for modifications.
What size weights will I need/will I need any equipment?
-you don’t need any equipment other than weights to be able to do all of the workouts on our app. You can even start without the weights. We recommend anything from 2-5lb weights depending on where you are at in your fitness journey!
(We do have kettlebell workouts available as extras if you’d like to grab a kettlebell but not absolutely necessary)
