BeatBoxingFitness is Dance Cardio, with some added boxing style moves. We keep things simple and repetitive for you guys so that it’s easy to follow and you can get the maximum calorie burn.

Where to begin in the workout library?
You can begin anywhere you’d like with our online workouts! We offer modifications in 90% of the workouts on here so you have an alternative option if something is too much. Starting with just cardio for your first few workouts before adding in weights could be good so that you can get a feel of exactly what we do, but there’s absolutely no right or wrong place to start. 🤍
We burn about 350-650 calories depending on the length & intensity of the workout!! We do 30min workouts & 45min workouts mostly.
We have high impact, & low impact routines.
Your calorie burn will also depend on how much you push yourself/get into the dance workouts, the music helps! 😂♥️🔥
& HOW TO GET IT ON THE TV?!
If you signed up through our website link (tiktok bio) you made a personal login when you paid to be able to access content on here..
We now have an app available on IPhone, Apple TV, Android Phones, Google Play TV, Amazon, & Roku.
If you have any of those tv platforms you can download our app and login right on the tv!!
If by chance you don’t have any of those tv platforms, you can screen the iPhone/android app to the big screen or even put the website link in the TVs web browser. The app is just the simplest way ♥️
