Just wanted to share that you ladies make me love cardio and look forward to my morning workouts. Thank you!!! Also, I wanted to share that I have even gotten my hubby who is 20 years in the military, weight lifting nut, cross fitter for 15+ years, to do a few workouts with me. Not only do I burn extra calories from laughing because he doesn't have much rhythm, but when he can hardly walk for the next 2 days from being sore from these workouts THAT speaks volumes! He works out hard 5+ days a week, heavy lifting, running, cardio. and these workouts kick his in-shape ass. :) Keep em coming please!
